Returns must be arranged within 30 days of receiving the product or within the warranty period in the unlikely event of a defective product.
Please contact CoreX on free call Ph 855-962-6739 CoreX, or email Corecare@corexripfit.com to organize product return and refund. You must receive a Return Authorization number from us before returning the product.
Returned products must be packaged in the original box. All products must be returned with all paperwork (inclusive of proof of purchase), parts and accessories. Products returned under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee should be in original, undamaged, condition.
For returns made under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee period, Corex will not refund postage/freight costs. For warranty returns, CoreX will reimburse or directly pay for postage/freight costs.
A refund in the same form of payment within 30 days’ of receipt of returned product will be made.
